Coating testing of electrostatic spraying powder
1 Coating testing environment requirements
Electrostatic spraying coating testing should be carried out under the temperature conditions specified in GB/T 9278, coating hardness, adhesion, impact resistance, bending test and alkali resistance, acid resistance test.
2 Detection of pre-spraying treatment Before electrostatic powder spraying construction, it should be checked by visual inspection whether it meets the requirements. At the same time, homogeneous samples of more than 100 mm*100 mm should be made at the same time, and the appearance, weight, corrosion resistance of the phosphating film and the corrosion resistance of the coating film should be tested.
3. The appearance of the coating shall be visually measured with homogeneous samples. The surface of the coating shall be smooth and smooth, and the color of the coating shall be basically consistent with the selected template or color plate. Judge and describe the coating surface quality should meet the requirements.
4. Coating thickness detection Homogeneous samples are taken for testing according to GB/T 13452.2. The coating thickness should meet the requirements.
5. The homogeneous sample shall be tested according to the provisions of GB/T 6739, and the hardness of the coating shall not be lower than the hardness requirements of the pencil hardness class H. The homogeneous sample shall be tested according to the provisions of GB/T 9286-1998, and the resistance of the coating from the main material shall reach the zero level specified in the classification table of the inspection results.
7 Coating moisture and heat resistance test homogeneous samples shall be tested according to the provisions of GB/T 1740-2007, and the moisture and heat resistance of the coating shall reach the level 1 specified in the comprehensive damage grade table.
8 Coating testing with other coating processes When the shelf components are coated with other coating processes, the testing shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 5000.12.

Proportion : 1.2-1.8 (depending on the color and gloss ) .
Particle size distribution: 100% less than 125 microns (more than 85% between 60 to 90).
Liquidity(180°C):22~35mm.
Curing conditions:200°C,10 minutes.

8-10m³/kg, the membrane is 60μm
(calculate by 100% utilization rate of powder coating).
6. Packing:
Carton packaging, lined with double polyethylene bag, net weight 25 kg.
7. Storage requirements:
